Como titular de los datos personales tratados por PalmaWebs Desarrollos, tenés derecho a solicitar la eliminación de tus datos en cualquier momento, conforme a la Ley 25.326 de Protección de Datos Personales de Argentina y a la normativa equivalente de tu jurisdicción.
Si interactuaste con un negocio (cliente comercial de PalmaWebs) a través de WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger u otro canal que operemos:

Estos registros permanecen segregados, con acceso restringido, hasta que venza el plazo legal de conservación.
Procesamos solicitudes de eliminación dentro de los 30 días corridos desde la recepción. Recibirás confirmación por email cuando el proceso se complete.
En casos complejos (volumen elevado, múltiples canales, integración con sistemas de terceros), podemos extender el plazo hasta 60 días corridos, notificándote la extensión con motivos.
Si después de eliminar tus datos volvés a iniciar una conversación con un cliente nuestro, tratamos esa nueva interacción como un primer contacto. Se generarán nuevos datos vinculados a esa conversación, que también podés eliminar repitiendo el proceso.

If you're a PalmaWebs commercial client and wish to close your account and delete all associated data:
Account closure and data deletion.Contact data (name, phone, social media identifiers), conversation history (messages, attachments, media), associated metadata (timestamps, labels, AI classifications), data derived from AI agent processing (detected intents, scoring).
Some records must be retained for fixed periods by legal obligation: financial and billing records (Argentine Tax Penal Regime and Civil-Commercial Code — up to 10 years), audit logs required by AFIP/ARCA where applicable, information needed to respond to ongoing judicial or administrative proceedings. These records remain segregated with restricted access until the legal retention period expires.
We process deletion requests within 30 calendar days from receipt. You'll receive email confirmation when the process is complete. In complex cases (high volume, multiple channels, third-party system integration), we may extend the term to 60 calendar days, notifying you of the extension with reasons.
If after deleting your data you initiate a new conversation with one of our clients, we treat the new interaction as a first contact. New data linked to that conversation will be generated, which you can also delete by repeating the process.
